Project Role : Associate. Specific focus on the vertical circulation core design & integration into the facade, interior planning, “town square” public corridor & programming. Much of the interior organization strategy drew from my role as a firm technology leader, connecting the public & integrating the building into its urban context. All final renderings generated by project Rhino model. Final Render @ Kilograph.
Competition winning proposal for the high performing social & environmental headquarters which aspires to be both elegant & unrelenting in its aesthetics and function. The building's mass is resultant of its urban connectivity & participation - the upper office floors a response to prioritizing & allocating buildable area to public space, active streets & social interaction on the ground level.
The spatial concept for the scheme imagines the Campus Headquarters as a city within a building. The social & amenity spaces create a series of neighborhoods that are connected with a thoroughfare of circulation. The primary, secondary & tertiary circulation routes provide additional streets and alleys at many scales for a highly adaptable, layered and flexible future-forward design.
